( As the tides of the villagers break along the shore that is Robin, pleading for his favor, Mika is an indifferent god: he does not entertain them, he does not accept their gifts, and his displeasure is serrated should they venture too close, apologize too much. It puts them ill at ease, between Robin's potentially-ominous words and Mika's absolute displeasure, to think that they have displeased their sole means of protection.
Even when they don't speak to him, though, and only murmur amongst each other, Mika's gaze sometimes narrows sharply - only amplifying the anxiety of those humans watching him.
He has hung back after completing his work quietly, and watched Robin in his own interactions, and he does not interfere; it is only as Robin drifts away for a step from the immediate crowd that Mika steps from his post, and remarks: )
