There's... Ugh, yeah I can think of somethin' else that might fit but it's... real dumb...
[He doesn't sound embarrassed, exactly. That involves Malice actually being embarrassed, which may or may not even be possible. It's hesitant, though, like there's more to it than just being dumb.]
Lemme see if I can get it this time, if it's what I think it is.
[He holds out his good hand and focuses - instead of thinking about the necklace this time, he's thinking about something else. It's the bracelet Cody gave him, isn't it? A stupid thing; who gives a friendship bracelet to a vampire, particularly one who's been adamant that you can't trust him? The other humans hadn't exactly been all that eager to accept theirs knowing Malice had one as well, but Cody had insisted and they'd all given in eventually - that's just the kind of guy he was. You always gave into Cody's demands eventually. And Malice had kept that bracelet, even after he'd betrayed them, even after he'd gotten so many of them killed—
And there it is, forming in the palm of his hand - a dark string with a silver star charm dangling from it. The craftsmanship is a little shoddy (Cody always said it was a good thing he was never an artist) but it's just as worn as it was the last time Malice saw it despite that. He exhales slowly as he tries not to think about what it means that this is what he was trying to summon all this time.]

Ugh. Well, at least it worked, I guess.
