by which he means, hey, isn't it funny when you have no control over your wings or the winds all of a sudden, dead air all around, and it's all you can do to steer your descent into something at least somewhat slightly manageable? from his position in the air he also catches the other norths struggling, so.. hm.
he'd use the added momentum of gravity to try to carve his mark into the mech somewhere with his sword, but can't manage to control his fall well enough to end up anywhere near enough to land a blow (4).

The damn thing functionally doesn't have a range or power limit as long as we're fighting here, it picks targets based on our country affiliations!
