[ they don't have a whiteboard here but they don't need it when they have magic! khun will be drawing in the air to tally up votes, so people can see where everyone stands. ]
All that said, the votes as they stand are:
Hand over to the Authorities (unspecified): 3 Hand over to the Authorities (central): 5 Curse/Torture: 2 Execution: 1 Community Service: 1 Whatever: 1
Kurapika, Day, and Robin: would you agree to turn him over to Central? If so, that consolidates the votes by quite a bit.
And it should go without saying, but there's more than a few outstanding votes. Majority would be thirteen (13) if we're counting Sage's Wizards only. Tatara has said he wants to avoid bloodshed, which covers most of these options.
[ he's going to glance back up at the sky for a moment, and presuming everything checks out and it seems like things are winding down and they shouldn't be expecting any kind of clownshoes second wave or need to intimidate anyone else ...
robin is actually, briefly, going to let his form be engulfed in light. the draconic figure will shrink and morph until, eventually,
it's a perfectly unassuming-looking robin that drops to the ground near where the dragon was, brushing non-existent dust from his shoulders before joining the rest of the crowd. i got tired of doing the red smallcaps for this conversation, shh. now there are at least three arthur clones running around. ]
As long as we're not simply letting Prince Vincent handle the entirety of the affairs given the concerns previously noted, I have no issue with handing him over to Central.
We'd be better off handing him to Western Country if that's the option we're left with, but I'm sure we can make some kind of demand so that it's not as clean as Prince Vincent pardoning him or trading him away.
[ he glances at Arthur in particular, because now that he's back, things should be smoother. ]
Honestly, would he even be worth that much as bargaining chip for Central...? ... I suppose there are the military secrets [ that he's prone to spilling at the drop of a hat anyway ] in his head, and he's unfortunately clever despite his utter stupidity. Tsk.
[ those all int, no wis, no cha types. ]
We shall see, I suppose. You're right in that we should be able to make a demand of some sort should the possibility of such a clean ending arise.
