All that said, the votes as they stand are:

Kurapika, Day, and Robin: would you agree to turn him over to Central? If so, that consolidates the votes by quite a bit.

And it should go without saying, but there's more than a few outstanding votes. Majority would be thirteen (13) if we're counting Sage's Wizards only. Tatara has said he wants to avoid bloodshed, which covers most of these options.

As long as we're not simply letting Prince Vincent handle the entirety of the affairs given the concerns previously noted, I have no issue with handing him over to Central.

We'd be better off handing him to Western Country if that's the option we're left with, but I'm sure we can make some kind of demand so that it's not as clean as Prince Vincent pardoning him or trading him away.
